24 lipca prezydent Karol Nawrocki skierował ustawę o windfall tax do Trybunału Konstytucyjnego. Nie wiemy, kiedy trybunał się nią zajmie (podejrzewamy, że nie najwcześniej) ani jakie będzie orzeczenie (choć chyba się domyślamy). Na razie podatku nie będzie, a politycy koalicji rządzącej oskarżają prezydenta, że ograniczył źródła finansowania kolejnych obniżek cen paliw.
