For my 150th Episode, I wanted to provide what I felt would be the most IMPACTFUL message I have ever given. This is not about a big name guest or click bait hooks of any kind. This is simply about IMPACT... I want to provide hope and inspiration along with CLARITY to everyone. I have found that the biggest issue amongst people trying to learn and make changes is CONFUSION. Mixed messaging and extremism is rampant and it is causing people to lose hope in who they should listen to and what they should do in their journey through life.
This episode is not a lecture, nor a scripted speech. It is a Holy Spirit driven message on what I have learned throughout my entire life on how to TRULY obtain Total Health Alignment. It is not a trick diet, use of miracle drugs or supplements, biohacks, "conventional man made medicine" or any other type of new fad and craze.
It requires a full connection starting with a FOUNDATION. That foundation is GOD... when that foundation is developed, we then move to the mind and body and work on key aspects of daily life actions, changes, thoughts and practices that allow us to progress in becoming guided, healthy and fulfilled. My message may not resonate with everyone and that is okay, but I do want it to be heard and given deep thought. When we look into our hearts in silence and without distraction, God is there, waiting with open arms to carry us through life and to help us become our very best.
