Dr. Mike Israetel holds a PhD in Sport Physiology and is the co-founder and Chief Content Officer of RP Strength. He previously taught exercise science at Lehman College, Temple University and the University of Central Missouri, and worked as a sports nutrition consultant at a U.S. Olympic Training Site. He is also a competitive bodybuilder, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu grappler and the author of multiple books on training and nutrition, including his latest book, The Aesthetic Revolution.
