Yesterday, Singaporeans gave Tharman a resounding 70.4% of the vote in the election, while Ng Kok Song and Tan Kin Lian received 15.72% and 13.88%, respectively. Even the most ardent Tharman fans were surprised. We break down the numbers, how we felt about the whole day, and talk about what this result means for Singapore.
