Kinahan cartel logistics man Stephen Fowler is out of jail and counting the costs of his life of crime as his mob boss Daniel Kinahan prepares to go on trial.
The 68-year-old is now separated from his wife, no longer lives at the family home and this year will mark the eighth anniversary of his son Eric’s murder.
